How can I share edit and comment permissions to data in a process map?

Up until now, I’ve been publishing to PDF/image but then clients cannot see the notes. I can publish to full document URL for them to see all data including notes but how can my client make comments or edits without having to sign up to an account? And are there any downsides to be aware of? Can I remove their access after they’ve completed their initial review and feedback?

Hi @Bethanie Stone, thanks for your post in the community! To let external clients edit or comment without creating or signing into an account, you can use the Guest Collaborators feature in Lucidspark (available on Team and Enterprise plans).

Note: This feature is only available for Lucidspark boards. Lucidchart diagrams still require collaborators to sign in.

For more details, check out our Help Center guides on Guest Collaborators and Sharing in Lucid.

To revoke access:

  • Manual: Turn off Shareable link anytime to immediately cut access.

  • Automatic: Use the Expiration date setting to shut off access automatically.

Hope this help!
