I created a flowchart and gave View access to peers. As soon as the first layer was clicked, the flowchart scrambled. I fixed everything and locked the flow, but now they are not able to use the action buttons. The document is in a Team Hub, but they have View permissions, still they are able to move everything around, and if I lock it, we lose the action buttons features. Not sure what to do.

Hi @drivera9

This is a known limitation, to learn more - "Action" button unavailable to create toggle for layers for View only and Comment only users | Community

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

@Humas1985, I think that post might be outdated, I am seeing through testing on my end that it is possible to use actions to toggle a layer in view only. I’ve gone ahead and archived that post since it is no longer accurate.

@drivera9, To address your concerns, I think that view only access is the best way to achieve this. If they are able to move things around, its possible you shared it in the past with edit access. View only access does not allow other users to edit. As for the flow scrambling, I don’t think that should be happening. Do you mind giving me insights into what actions you have set up? It could potentially be an issue with how the actions are set up or potentially your layers.
