When exporting to Visio all connectors and shapes are either missing or jacked up. Help!

Hi @bbaker4, thank you for continuing this thread and sharing an example. Compatibility with Visio is something we take very seriously and our team has dedicated countless hours over the last few years to make these exports as high fidelity as possible. In certain cases due to differences between the two applications it isn't possible to make shapes exported from Lucidchart behave exactly as shapes created in Visio do.

I’m sorry for any inconvenience that causes you. If you have any further questions please let me know.

Hi Michelle thanks for commenting in our community. Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.
If those don’t resolve the problem can you please send a screenshot of the issue so I can take a look?

Since I see this hasn’t gotten any traction in a couple of years I’ll post an example. A lot of content doesn’t get exported correctly to visio. The google cloud template in Lucid (left) and exported (right).
