How can I get my Lucid document content to export correctly to Visio?

+6Hi Michelle thanks for commenting in our community. Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.
If those don’t resolve the problem can you please send a screenshot of the issue so I can take a look?
Since I see this hasn’t gotten any traction in a couple of years I’ll post an example. A lot of content doesn’t get exported correctly to visio. The google cloud template in Lucid (left) and exported (right).
