There doesn't seem to be any way to hide/disable hotspots so the content that's under can be edited. Right now a hot spot needs to be moved aside in order to edit whatever is behind.

Thanks for reaching out in the community. An easy way to edit a shape underneath a hotspot is by right clicking the hotspot select "Arrange" and select "Send to Back". That will send the hotspot behind the shape allowing you to edit the shape. If you would like to access/edit the hotspot then you can right click on the shape select "Arrange" and select "Send to Back" and that will put the hotspot on top again. I hope this helps!
