Hello, I spent a few hours drawing a diagram for a client last week, opened it up and went over it with my internal team and when I woke up this morning more than half of it was erased.  How can I recover this before my call tomorrow? Is there a support line I can contact? Please reach out when you can.

This had to do with logging in.   It appeared I had lost work but I could logged out and then came back in through the enterprise SSO connection we have and it reappeared.  Odd thing was that I used an email method to login and went through that connection but it must have considered me a different user and I was able to see my charts, but information inside these charts was missing.

Resolution - logout and log in again and ensure you go through “Sign in with SSO”

Hi @matty-okta, thank you for posting in the Lucid Community. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this but I’m happy to help.

To double check, have you been able to recover your work, or are you still running into trouble?

Sometimes users will use single sign on while signed into a different email account, which can produce errors, as you may have experienced. Can you double check that you’re in the correct account? I suggest that you make sure you've checked any and all Lucid accounts that might be under your email address(es).

Thank you for your help and patience.
