As a first step, can you please try this in a private or incognito window to help us rule out any browser issues? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, can you please try revoking Lucidchart’s access to your Google account? To do this, please navigate to this link. The next time you attempt to import from Google Sheets in a Lucidchart document, you will be prompted to re-authenticate with Google which should link the account.
