Hi,

I have linked my Google Drive account with Lucid account. New diagrams created in LucidChart shows in my Google Drive account under “Lucidchart” folder. But, every file in Google Drive shows “blank diagram” as file name.

Should the name still be part of meta data that syncs?

So far, I tried:

  • Unlinking the account and relinking
  • Remove and put back the check mark to allow sync
  • Tried the Sync Now button

Can you confirm if the behavior is expected?

Thanks!

Thanks for the follow-up. It seemed that I’m just not patient enough. The rename happens, but it can take between 30 minutes to a couple of hours. But, at some point, it works.
