If I am working with swim lanes and I figure out once the process is done that I have to add an activity is it possible to drag all the boxes of all the swimlanes to the right so there is enough space to enter the new box without draging all the boxes individually?

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! The easiest way to maintain the position of your swimlanes and move the shapes within the swimlanes is to lock your swimlanes. To lock these shapes select only the swimlanes and click the 'Lock' icon in the toolbar at the top of the page. This will lock your swimlanes' size shape and position on the page. You can then select all other shapes on the page and move those shapes as necessary.

thank you this feature should be part of the swim lane help page! I have spent a lot of time moving shapes individually.
