Pretty much as the heading says - when exporting into Visio , all it exports is the frame , with no details inside. Apologies for reaching out here, but I dont see a support mechanism other than this forum - thanks in advance

Hi @the phoenix,

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community!

First I want to clarify, when you attempted to export your document into Visio, did you follow these steps below, also listed in our Export or print a Lucid document help center article?

Visio file premium-tag.png

To export a document as Visio file you must be on an Individual, Team, or Enterprise account.

To complete the export, follow these steps:

  1. Open more-menu-icon the More menu from the top-left of the canvas.
  2. Hover your cursor over “Export”.
  3. Select Visio (VSDX) or Visio 2010 (VDX).

The file will download to your local device.

Note: The only action type supported in Visio after VSDX and VDX export is a link to web. VSDX and VDX action types not supported include linking to a page, layer, document, or email.

Will you please try the following troubleshooting steps so I can take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing:

Please let me know if you are still experiencing the issue after trying the steps above and I am happy to jump in and take a closer look! Thanks in advance for your help and patience!
