the extract images from multiple page pdfs are not working. It worked before and now are not. This is one of the main reasons im using this system, other wise im looking for other programs.
also you guys messed with the cropping of images, where now it resizes the image and moves the image on the page, so any alignments have to be redone so many more times. again waisting my time.
need to increase the space for storage, even the higher paid is the same storage size. need better storage soluctions, or haveing the images stored on google drive and the project reference them, but again if im off line that does not work.

Thanks for adding to this thread @George Drake, sorry you’re having trouble here but I’m happy to help!
Here are a few specific steps to try out first:
Try the export in a Chrome Incognito browsing session. This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling your extensions.
Sometimes issues like this can be related to internet connection speed or network security. Please try the export again on another network, ensuring that you are on a strong, stable connection.
Is the page that you are trying to export a Master Page? If so, it will be omitted from the downloaded version of your document and you will need to convert it into a page before exporting. To do this, left-click on your Master Page tab and select "Convert to Page".
If none of these tips help, would you mind sending me the following details so I can take a closer look at the issue?
A description of the download settings (file type, document pages, cropping, quality, etc.) that you selected for the download.
A screenshot of any error messages or pop-ups that appear when you attempt to export.
If the document will export but does not look as you expected, please send me a screenshot of the exported file that is experiencing the issue and a description of what about it is incorrect, or a screenshot of the issue in the exported document.
Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for your help and patience!
Hello @sfintegrationsllc - thanks for your comments above, hopefully we can help get some resolution for you…
PDF Image Extract - Can you provide some details on the steps in the process that you are taking? This will help us diagnose the issue. Also, how large is the PDF (in page numbers), and how many images are there?
Image crop - Again, could you outline the steps and provide a before / after image?
Storage space - Could you clarify what it is you are looking for here? Is this for the images you have on a diagram specifically? What kinds of diagram sizes (in MB / GB) are you working with?
Some pdf have been 1-4 and other 1-40 for prints and I have been able to drag and drop the pdf on to the page. Let it load/save. (Some times it tools a day or a few hours)
before when double clicking an image the crop icons would display and you were able to pull in and crop to the image, image stays stilll. Now when you do it now, the image moves all over the place and resizes. I’m using multiple layers where prints are sized to an aspect ratio and then layer over other prints so the I can place devices for prints.
storage 1gb is not enough. I don’t need another person or the other paid services because they don’t have any more storage.
I like this program, it better than micro soft visio, easier than cad software and it’s cross platform.
the price point for this platform is what I pay personally and my work is not going to pay or even pay more for.
Thanks for contacting Lucid Support! I appreciate you taking the time to provide detailed feedback.
PDF Image Extract and Image Cropping Issues
Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause?
Please try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable), as this can help eliminate any potential internet speed or security-related issues.
If the issue persists, could you share:
A screenshot of the problem.
A screenshot of the Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (Mac).
Storage Concerns
Currently, all account levels come with a fixed amount of storage, and we don’t offer options to increase storage beyond what’s included in our paid plans. However, I’ll be sure to pass your feedback along to our product team, as we’re always looking for ways to improve and better meet the needs of our users.
In the meantime, here are a few tips to help manage your storage more effectively:
Every account type has a different amount of storage. You can find the details for each account level and consider if upgrading might be a good option for you in this help center article.
You can check how much of your storage is being used and what it is being used by in your Account Settings at the bottom of the left panel. If you hover over each of the colored sections, you can see what that portion of the storage represents.
Images generally take up the most space in your account, if you are running out of room it is recommended that you clear out as many images as you can from both your documents and your Image Manager. You can access your Image Manager from the file menu at the top of your document editor (File> Settings > Image manager).
Please note, when deleting documents, to free up storage space you will need to navigate to your trash folder and select to delete the documents from your trash as well.
Can you please send a Technical Support PIN for your account? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.
Also, could you please take a screenshot of the help popup notification you’re encountering? This will help us better understand the issue, especially since it seems like the notification might be obstructing your clicks.
I agree with this. It still takes too long to extract the pages for a .pdf document, and sometimes I do need one that is above 10mb, please could this be looked at again?
Now the application has started crashing when I upload .pdf files. This is very disruptive to my work.
