Some of my charts are not loading and when checking the browser debugger for chrome I see all these errors.

Doing a bit of searching, it seems related to webGL not working or not enabled however the test at “https://get.webgl.org/” says that webGL is supported in my browser.

Also in the view menu, “Web GL” is not enabled and I cannot enable it.

Anyone else had the same issues?

Hi @josephm, thank you for posting in the community! Sorry to hear you are experiencing trouble loading your documents. As a first step, could you please try checking the Lucid Diagnostic page to see whether WebGL is working on your browser. You will see a green check mark next to “WebGL Renderer” if it is working, and a red X if it isn’t.

For additional information, including Troubleshooting information if you have any issues with WebGL, check out this help center article.

Please let me know if your documents are still not loading correctly after trying those steps, or if you have any questions.

Hi Leianne,

Thanks for your reply.

I checked and it seems I have a red cross next to WebGL.

Unfortunately turning off WebGL rendering in the Lucid rendering menu does nothing.

My diagram components still do not appear.

I have tried using the edge browser instead of chrome and have manually overided the GPU acceleration option ( Override software rendering list) and set it to “Enabled” and now my diagram is showing properly.

I just don’t understand why Lucid didnt work with the Canvas renderer.

Regards,

Joseph

Hi @josephm, thank you for giving that a try and sharing more information! I’m glad to hear your diagrams are displaying correctly now. One thing to note, our system requirements does recommend using a computer that has a discrete graphics card or Apple silicon to make use of WebGL, but it is not required.

However, please let us know if you notice the issue coming back and we’ll be happy to take a closer look together. Cheers!
