We partially replicated it and have a few questions:
Did you find this on lucidchart or lucidspark? Can you share a better quality screenshot? it’s hard to figure out what is happening in your image.
Can you clarify how many lines do you have in that cross and which are at the front and which have which format? This would help us completely replicate your issue and provide more help.
Some specific format options only work when applied to the line on top (like jumps) so perhaps that is of help.
