I am getting an error saying Lucid needs permission to use Google sheets and when I try to authenticate, it says I cannot authenticate.

Thank you for posting in the community! Do you mind providing a bit more context into about this issue? What steps lead to this error message? Can you provide a screen shot of the message? What are you trying to achieve or connect to specifically (data linking, cards, add Lucidchart as a Google add-on in sheets)?
