Hi! I would like to embed my department’s org chart created in Lucid chart on our google site. I’ve tried both the embed function as well as published link. However, my teammates cannot seem to see the content. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Could you please ask your teammate to check if they have 3rd party cookies enabled in their browser? This Help Center article has more information about this. If the issue still persists after enabling 3rd party cookies, can you please share a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
