When I try to publish a document that has been approved, I get the error messages “we couldn’t publish your draft due to an error” and “something went wrong, please refresh the page”. Has anyone come across a similar message? I’ve tried refreshing the page and publishing in a different browser, but I get the same issue

- Duplicate the document, and then publish the duplicate.
- Clear local storage/cache with a hard refresh (
Ctrl + F5orCmd + Shift + R). -
If there are any pending or empty comments in the document, resolve or delete them before attempting to publish again.
