error loading your document - urgent repair

I am experiencing critical issues with two documents in my account and need urgent assistance to recover them. 

Documents:

Both fails to load, displaying the following error message:

"There was an error loading your document. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try refreshing the page or follow these troubleshooting steps if the problem persists."

I have already tried:
- Refreshing the page
- Opening in an incognito/private window
- Connecting to a different network

None of these steps resolved the issue.

Both documents contain critical business information that I urgently need to recover.

Someone knows how to recover the files?

I have the same problem One of my Lucid boards will not open and states “There was an error loading your document” all my other documents are fine.

 

I have asked a colleague to try and open it they see the same message “There was an error loading your document”.

 have been through the trouble shooting steps but still can not access the board please can you help.

I have a document I have been working on for some weeks which, from today, has been giving me the same error on trying to open it:
“There was an error loading your document.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try refreshing the page, or follow these troubleshooting steps if the problem continues."

I have tried a different browser, in a InPrivate Window, tried with graphics acceleration off and on, rebooted and tried again, tried on my home network, office network and tethered and it makes no difference.  I can open other LucidChart files.

 

I’ve tried the other trick of copying it and opening the copy: same error message.

It happens the same to me, a chart that I have been working for months, but today in a sudden doesn’t open it….

Thanks for reaching out! I am very sorry for the issue you are experiencing.

Our Development Team is urgently looking into this, and we expect the issue to be resolved shortly.

As a temporary workaround, if you have access to a Lucidspark subscription through an Individual, Team or Enterprise account, exporting your document to Lucidspark should enable you to open it.

I will make sure to update you as soon as the issue is resolved. In the interim, I apologize for any inconvenience the issue causes.

I tried that export trick, but without success.

I right-clicked (in the Documents list) on the LucidChart giving the error and selected ‘Export to Lucidspark’.  Lucidspark opened up and a box appeared in the bottom with a red triangle saying “Import failed.”  The Lucidspark was blank.
