Hi everyone,
I'm running into an issue with one specific flowchart in my Lucidchart account. When I try to open it, the document begins to load but then displays the following message in the center of the screen:
> "Error loading document. We apologize for any inconvenience. Try refreshing the page or follow these troubleshooting steps if the problem persists."
The Lucid logo appears in the top-left corner, but the canvas never finishes loading.
**What I've already tried:**
- Refreshing the page multiple times
- Clearing browser cache and cookies
- Opening the file in an incognito/private window
- Trying a different browser
- Disabling browser extensions
**Important detail:** The issue only happens with this one specific document. All my other flowcharts open normally.
**Environment:**
- Browser: Google Chrome and Mozila Firefox
Is there anything else I can try to recover this file? Could it be corrupted on the server side, and if so, is there a way to restore a previous version?
