I go to File → Export → PNG with transparent background

Then I click download. Then I see this:

Kindly try accessing the page again using a different browser or incognito mode? Additionally, please disable any ad blockers or VPNs to see if that resolves the issue. 

Since they may interfere with Lucidchart’s ability to export content or connect to external services like AWS S3.

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! Thanks for your insight ​@Humas1985!  As mentioned above, please try a different browser, incognito, and disconnect from your VPN (if applicable). I would also recommend try this on a different network. Additionally, please review our Troubleshooting: Export article from the Lucid Help Center for steps to resolve any issues you may be having. If your document is large, adjusting the content scale can help. To adjust the content scale, infinite canvas must be toggled off.

If this does not solve the issue, can you please send a temporary Support PIN for this document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.
