When I access My Documents this error message displays: "There was an error loading your documents.  Please try again later.  Contact support if the problem persists.


 


Also i am not able to access the document shared by team members

Thanks for posting in the Lucidchart Community! Try opening your account in a private or incognito window or while connected to a different internet network. Sometimes account performance issues can be related to your internet security/speed or browser issues and these steps will help us eliminate that possibility.

If that does not help please submit a support ticket here with the following information:



  • A screenshot of the issue

  • The URL of one of your documents (if possible)

  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output when your documents don't load. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
