Hope you are well! I am working with our Engineering team to address this issue. They were wondering what browser you are using when this issue occurs? If you are comfortable with it, could you private message me an edit/share link to the document? It would also be helpful for them to take a direct look at your document.

Thank you for the reply! Can you verify that you imported your data correctly according to this Help Center article?

Can you send a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after clicking the import butt or when you are dragging and dropping objects into Lucidchart? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).
