Greetings

 

I have input the SAML details in both Lucidchart and OneLogin but when I test the connector in Lucidcart I receive this message: Get SAML Configuration for account : Your SAML configuration is set to disable SAML

 

It appears that SAML is enabled when I check the settings. Any advice?

You will need to enable SAML as a login method in your admin panel under "Identity Management." . See the below screenshot for context!
