Educational account, hiccups with collaboration and revision history

I have an account and am able to do all the shapes and stuff. The problem came when a mistake was made on the chart, and a good 50% was deleted. I tried to look at the revision history, and it said I was unable to. Is that true for an educational account?

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! Revision history is only available for Team or Enterprise accounts. I would be happy to take a closer look at this! Can you please describe the steps you took leading up to the issue? Did your document not save? Or was part of it accidentally deleted?
