How do I copy a folder and it’s charts/process maps? I do it all the time but can’t seem to see where to do it now.

@Bethanie Stone you’re not alone — Lucid has moved this around a bit. To copy a folder with all of its documents/charts/process maps:

  1. Go to the Lucid home/dashboard (where you see your folders).
  2. Find the folder you want to duplicate.
  3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the folder name.
  4. Select Duplicate (or Copy, depending on your workspace version).
  5. Choose the destination folder/location and confirm.

If you’re inside the folder instead:

  • Click the folder name/path at the top to go back to the folder view, then use the ⋮ menu on the folder itself.

If you don’t see Duplicate, it may be a permissions/workspace setting issue — try right-clicking the folder or checking under File → Duplicate for individual docs.
