Duplicate folder and its documents
How do I copy a folder and it’s charts/process maps? I do it all the time but can’t seem to see where to do it now.
- Go to the Lucid home/dashboard (where you see your folders).
- Find the folder you want to duplicate.
- Click the three dots (⋮) next to the folder name.
- Select Duplicate (or Copy, depending on your workspace version).
- Choose the destination folder/location and confirm.
If you’re inside the folder instead:
- Click the folder name/path at the top to go back to the folder view, then use the ⋮ menu on the folder itself.
If you don’t see Duplicate, it may be a permissions/workspace setting issue — try right-clicking the folder or checking under File → Duplicate for individual docs.
