drawio and xml files not importing correctly

I have been successfully importing xml files up until yesterday (4/21/26) but they are now appearing as blank canvases. I switched to drawio files per the documentation and am receiving the same result. Has something changed? I have an XML that I know imported last week as an example. What am I missing?

Hi ​@nick.hawkins! Thanks for reaching out to the Lucid Community! I am so very sorry to see that you are encountering this issue with importing XML and Draw.io files into Lucidchart. I completely understand how frustrating that can be and I would be happy to see what we can do!

You have definitely identified a bug, and I found that a team member of mine has submitted a bug report to our dev team and it is currently under review! I apologize for any disruption this may cause, and I will update this thread with any new information about a fix.
