I’m opening this case as the previous one was closed before I could reply…?
I’ve a team account where I’m using only 1 account for the last 3 years. I would like to downgrade the account to an individual account immediately without waiting for the next billing cycle next year in 2027. How do I do that? My other option is to cancel the team account & call it a day.
- I understand its a billing issue & will be contacting billing but filling out a form & asking them to reply has not happened so far. I’ve filled out forms & nobody has contacted me from Lucid. And there is no phone number to call?
- Also, I’ve ~50MB of documents in my current account that needs to be transfered to the new account. The Download (full) or in chunks is just not working.
How do I downgrade & tranfer my documents to the individual account?
