Probable bug: Selecting to “Create a Copy” of a document from any documents list (team space, personal space), then renaming the new document copy as allowed, sends user confirmation “Copy Created” but copy is not created.
Works if: selecting to create copy while the originating document is open (even if rename)
Also works if you do not change the name of the copy.
