Hello 


When I go into my docs list there is an error message saying it is unable to load my documents. I am not able to see any of my work and I know I have stable internet connection at the moment. Can you help?

Can you try opening your account in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to your internet security/speed or browser issues and these steps will help us eliminate that possibility. If that does not help please send a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output when your documents don't load. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Hello when I tried on an incognito tab it worked. What does that mean? Do I have to continue to work from an incognito window?


Hi Sami if your issue is no longer occurring with an incognito window this means that it was likely caused by cookie or browser extension interference in your regular browser. Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies in a regular browsing session and try again? If the issue persists I recommend disabling your extensions one by one until you determine which one is causing the issue.
