I have to create a large org chart. To share some detail, ABC is the leader and has multiple people reporting to them. Those direct reports have further people reporting into them, so multiple levels of reporting. My issue is if I create one org chart for the leader, everything becomes too messy and bulky on that page. I want to create multiple org charts. Please let me know if the below is doable?

  1. For ABC leader and their direct reports and their further one level down...so 3 layers
  2. Org chart for every direct report (folks reporting into ABC

Hi @Pragati Juneja

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! There are a couple of different ways you can accomplish this:

  1. I would recommend structuring your data by creating individual files for different parts of the org chart. For example, dedicate one file to the ABC leader and their direct reports, and then separate files for each direct report and their respective teams. You can then import these distinct files onto different document pages.
  2. If using separate data files isn't possible, proceed with importing your single file. Upon importing your data, when the pop-up appears, click 'Create separate org charts for each: Supervisor ID'. This method creates separate pages for each supervisor's team, so it. may require manual edits like placing the manager on each relevant page.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
