Hey there!

I’ve found that charts opens to a black window when using Firefox (shown below). However, this can be fixed by disabling WebGL (ctrl + shift + alt +g). Could this potentially be disabled by default when Firefox headers are present?

Thanks,

Hi, @nhhvhy! Thanks for this post. I’m glad to hear that disabling WebGL has resolved this issue for you - it’s certainly not intended! Can you confirm if this happens in every Lucidchart diagram you open?

Thanks so much for this topic! I joined forum to report black screen in firefox and this fixed it for me.

@Micah you get black screen in all diagrams. Adblock disabled, cleared site data for anything with lucid in the URL, makes no difference.

This started for me today, was using yesterday with no issues.

@geoff123 Thanks for your comment on this thread! I’m sorry to hear that this issue cropped up for you, too. I noticed in your comment that you mentioned Firefox specifically - for my own knowledge, have you seen this crop up in any other browser, or do you exclusively use Firefox?

I’m glad to hear that disabling WebGL resolved this - please let me know if this crops up again in any form!
