Disable Lucid AI on published org chart

Question

I recently published an organizational chart in Lucidchart for employees to access and noticed that the Lucid AI panel automatically opens on the left side of the screen when viewing the published version.

Is there a way to disable or hide the Lucid AI panel for viewers of the published chart? Ideally, we would like employees to open the link and see only the organizational chart without the AI panel appearing, especially since this is intended to be a simple, view-only resource.

Hello ​@amal_wassie,Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community!Currently, there is no global administrative toggle to permanently disable or hide the Lucid AI panel for all external viewers of a standard published link, as sidebar panels often respect individual browser sessions and account feature prompts.If you would like an explicit setting in the Publish menu to "Disable AI Assistant for Viewers," I'd encourage posting this in the Product Feedback section of the community so the Lucid product team can track demand for viewer-interface controls.
