Hi,

I was wondering if there’s a way to disable the duplicate document option, to add some security and prevent people from duplicating them?

Thank you for the help,

Joao

Hi @Jlgomes

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! With our Enterprise Shield add-on, you can disable replication of documents. Either the account owner, account admins, document admins, and Shield admins can set up a classification control by navigating to the Admin Panel> Compliance> Attributes. Under the Classifications section, click on Edit default classifications.

From here you can edit the classification values and disable replication of documents by selecting the Controls dropdown, and click Disable replication. For more information, please see our Compliance settings help center article. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns!

Hi @Jlgomes

Disabling the duplicate feature is not possible. Consider adding it in Ideas section for future enhancements.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
