Disable duplicate option

Question

Hi,  I was wondering if there’s a way to disable the duplicate document option, to add some security and prevent people from duplicating them? Thank you for the help, Joao

Hi @Jlgomes,Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! With our Enterprise Shield add-on, you can disable replication of documents. Eitherthe account owner, account admins, document admins, and Shield admins can set up a classification control by navigating to the Admin Panel> Compliance> Attributes. Under theClassificationssection, click onEditdefault classifications. From here you can edit the classification values and disable replication of documents by selecting theControlsdropdown, and clickDisable replication. For more information, please see ourCompliance settingshelp center article. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns!
