Hello
Is there an option to import database schema and tables by connecting to existing Postgres DB and reverse engineer the model.
Also I do not see any template for data model. Is there any support for it?

Thanks for posting in the community! You can import your database tables and schemas into Lucidchart as well as export an ERD created in Lucidchart to the DBMS of your choice using our ERD import feature. Please take a look at this Help Center article to go over the details of how to import and export your ERD.
As for your second question if you go to the "+Documents" orange button in the top of your "My Documents" page and click the small upside down triangle at the right side of that button it will pull up a window that allows you to create a document from a template. In the top left corner of this pop-up window you will find a search bar you can use to look for templates for data model. Please refer to the screenshots below.
