Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! Can you answer the following questions to help me understand the issue you are facing?

1. Are you not seeing your Lucid Jira cards sync withJira?
2. Is this occurring in all of your boards or just one? 
3. Can you provide a screenshot of the issue?

Thanks for taking a look.  Let me know if you have any other questions or can do a live discussion/share screen to troubleshoot.  We have a session next week and would love to fix it by then.  Guessing it’s something with setup but not sure.

1.  We are seeing card sync successfully between JIRA and Lucid - just some particular date fields are not.  We are seeing date fields sync for Initiatives but not Epics.  It could be the way JIRA is set up but not sure where to start troubleshooting.
2.  For 2 different quarterly planning boards we have set up, it’s happening for both.

Thank you for explaining that further! I am checking with our teams internally to see if this behavior is intended and I will get back to you with an update!

We actually just figured it out today!  We did not have the 2 date fields enabled on epics in the project we were using.  Once those were enabled, we mapped the fields together and Voila - they are syncing.
