Hi
I started mapping customer journey via free account after a while I can not copy and paste or add any shape. it says I need to try premium. I do not want to go to premium how can I end my map while using free accout?

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! If you are seeing a popup about premium features you are trying to access functionality not available at your subscription level. Our free accounts are limited to 3 active documents and 60 objects per document (including shapes lines and text boxes). For more information please review our Lucidchart Plans article.
