I am unable to download the sample csv file

If you’re unable to download the sample CSV file, it’s usually due to browser or permission issues. Here’s a couple of things you can try:

Make sure you’re logged into your Lucid account before clicking the download link.

Clear your browser cache/cookies or try opening the link in a different browser.

If you’re on a company network, check whether a firewall or security setting is blocking downloads.

As a workaround, you can create a blank CSV in Excel/Google Sheets, then manually copy the sample headers provided in the Lucid documentation.
If none of these work, I’d suggest reaching out to Lucid Support to provide you with further assistance.
