I don't seem to be able to create Team folders - can you advise if this is account related?

Thanks for posting in the community. Team folders are restricted to enterprise accounts. If you are already on an enterprise account please reach out via support@lucidchart.com so we can take a closer look at what's going on.
Create an account in the community
