My team is currently documenting customer journeys based on various customer request types. We are expecting to start to see a crossover of similar problems between the different journeys and requests. I don’t want to duplicate work so I’m looking for a way to create a master list of problems.

These problems would be added to the individual journeys but ideally then feed into a central list that can be used to prioritise and plan ideation work or solutions with the whole team.

I had thought about using Lucid cards, but is there a way to pull all the cards from several documented journeys as they are added and sorted into a single worksheet, table etc?

Hey @sarahB , thank you for posting in the Lucid Community!

For my understanding, I have a few clarifying questions. Are you hoping to create an efficient and scalable way to track and flow data for recurring issues across accounts stored within one master list? Do you have a current existing list? Where is your team currently documenting the individual, crossover, and general problems? What do you envision the end goal to look like? What exactly do you mean by not duplicating work, or is that in regards to double documentation?

From what I understand, I have a few suggestions that may help or set you in the right direction.

Adding a Dynamic Table

Using a Dynamic Table in Lucidspark is a powerful way to organize brainstormed ideas so you can derive meaning and insights, plan your work visually, and take action more quickly. You can gather a variety of shapes, sticky notes, and Lucid Cards into a Dynamic Table and organize them as desired.

Google Sheets and Lucid Cards integration

If you have an Enterprise account, this may help, and can work with your dynamic table as well. Using Lucid Cards with Google Sheets, users can facilitate team collaborations and use bidirectional sync to manage datasets between the two softwares. To learn more about how to set up and use this integration, refer to our Integrate Lucid Cards with Excel or Google Sheets article.

💫 An option could be to have a Master List board documenting all the recurring problems, which pulls from the Lucid Cards on the individual boards documenting each client journey.

Linking Data to a Lucidchart Document

This is another option if you have an Enterprise account, and if you have an existing source documenting those recurrences. You could create a Master Sheet and maintain with a data sync. Use data linking in Lucidchart to create powerful, data-driven visualizations by importing datasets from Google Sheets, Excel spreadsheets, and CSVs. You can also refresh or replace your datasets as you continue to make changes and need your diagram to reflect the most up-to-date information. You can as well store an embed link to your Google sheet or Excel for easy access!

Hope this is helpful! Please let me know if you have any additional general questions or on the resources provided.
