Hi,

I would like to know how to create a Lucidchart shareable link with edit permission to a guest who does not have a Lucid account?

Hi @K.C

Lucidchart requires users to have an account to edit documents, eliminating the option for anonymous editing.

  • When sharing a document with edit access, recipients will be prompted to sign in to their existing Lucid account or create a new one before making any changes.
  • Note that Lucidchart doesn't offer a "Guest Collaborator" feature, which is exclusively available in Lucidspark.

If anonymous guest editing is essential for your workflow, consider using Lucidspark as an alternative. Otherwise, recipients will need to create a Lucid account to collaborate on Lucidchart documents.
