Control which fields display visually in the whiteboard for Lucid cards?

Is there a way to control which fields show in the visual dispaly on the white borad for Lucid cards? My cards used to show progress, adssigned and story points and htose fields are no longer displaying.

Hi ​@Liz B 

The compact view of Lucid Cards in whiteboards and agile boards does not currently offer the option to manually select which fields are displayed. 

  • While you can still edit and view fields like Progress, Assignee, and Story Points in the card's detail panel, the fields visible on the card face are determined by the design and integration settings. 
  • If you notice missing fields, it may be due to changes in the integration setup, board template, or default card layout. 

To access all fields, opening the card detail view is the most reliable solution at this time.

How do we check for changes in the integration setup, board template, or default card layout?

I have a very detailed and extensive timeline that is used for project planning across multiple projects and teammates and this significantly reduces productivity. Logging in one morning with those fields all gone is detrimental.

Had the same question about changes, but it appears to be a bug. Ex, Story Points no longer showing on Lucid Cards | Community

Thanks Stacy, yeah I copied and pasted all my contents to a completely new doc and everything was good and dandy. Didn’t see the post you referred to but it’s saying to do the same as well. Annoying for sure but just glad I didn’t have to create each new card again.
