When I move a shape from one swimlane container to another the blue grouping box will follow the shape. My diagram is getting to be a mess to edit. How do I organize and make sure the blue boxes work properly?

Thanks for reaching out to Lucid support. Are any of the shapes in the screenshot you've included grouped to one another? If so the blue box will be large enough to encompass all of the shapes. If that is not the case please let me know!
Yes they were grouped. I was confused between the "magetize" and "group" feature. Also it was a bit confusing to find the groups. The only way seems to be checking the Arrange menu item and seeing if the Ungroup item is enabled. Having a group icon on the tool bar to group/ungroup might help.
