I have two Lucidchart documents each of which has two pages. I want to combine them into a single 4-page file but don't see any way to move the pages from one of the documents into the other. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how to do it?
Hi Nancy - Thanks for reaching out! To merge two Lucidchart documents:
- Open the original document. Click Insert > Import Page.
- When the dialogue window opens select the document you want to merge then the pages you want to import.
- These pages will be imported into the open document and you can delete the other document.
I hope this helps!
That's great. Thank you!
I’m sorry but I can’t find the menu bar with insert - please can you send me image ...
@Kitty
How does a combined lucidchart file look like?
I mean will it look like one flowchart or two different?
Hello
Thanks for posting in the community. When you import a page from one Lucidchart document into another the page is added to the document as a new separate page tab. You will be able to see the page in a grey tab along the bottom of the editor like this:
You can learn more about page views in the Adjust Document and Board Settings article from the Lucid Help Center.
Hope this helps!
Thank you
