I am desperate to recover my work. This has happened to me twice now. I create a mindmap or a chart and then eventually log out. When I log back in they are going and I have to start over. Can anyone help? Reaching out directly to Lucid seems impossible. Thanks for your help!

If you can see your work on the document thumbnail in your docs list but it’s gone once you open your document, then check out this Community post (in English) to locate your work:
If you can’t find the document/board in your account OR if you are able to locate it but some edits are missing, please refer to this Lost Work Help Center article for tips on how to locate your work:
If those tips don’t help you locate your work please let me know so I can convert this to a support ticket so I can further assist you.

Thank you for your response! I have gone through both of your links and those did not solve the issue. Ok, so I can see the two documents in question, the issue is not that the files are missing, the issue is when I open either of the files my work is not there.
When I click on the Mind Map for example it’s just the template starter information from when I first selected the template and began working:
As this is the second time this has happened, yesterday when I was done for the day I took a screenshot of my work so I would have something in case it happened again, here is that screenshot (I’ve blurred the writing for privacy but you can see my structure):
I have logged out and then logged back in using google as well as logged out and logged back in user email and password and I see the same files. I see the files, it’s just when I open either of them they are just the original template starter drawings.
I have also gone back through my internet browsing history and pulled the cached link to the file and it still pulls up just the starter template data.
