My Lucid Chart seems to be locked at 8.5” x 11”, with the ability change it grayed out. Is that a limitation of the free version? (I’m an individual who occasionally used Visio, so $108 a year is too pricey.)

I figured it out. Infinite Canvas seems to be turned on by default.

Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! There should be no limitations with changing the size of your pages with a free account. Could you try this in an incognito or private window? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)?
If that does not fix the issue, can you send the following information?
- A screenshot of the issue.
