I was signed up with my work email address before and I decided to go with my personal email address and changed it. But I cannot reach my old projects which I was created with my work email address.

If you still have access to your old work email,
Log in with your work email and transfer ownership of your documents to your personal email
It's likely because the platform treats different email addresses as separate accounts. Your documents remain tied to the original account and won't automatically transfer to your new email.
