I want to resize a smaller shape in one direction where the shape has no center handles. Is there a trick without zooming in? As it seems there is no modifier or combination of modifiers which lets me grab an edge handle and keep the other dimension unchanged.

+7Hi there Oliver thanks for reaching out! To adjust the dimensions of a shape in one direction you will indeed have to select the shape and zoom in until the handles appear.
