Even if I choose from template or simply click on 'New Lucidchart Document' the new page that appears is blank with about:blank on the address bar. It's a new account. Email has been verified but nothing has helped. 

Therefore I haven't been able to try LucidChart at all.

Sometimes account performance issues can be related to your internet security/speed or browser issues and these steps will help us eliminate that possibility.
