Looks like Lucid removed this capability in their recent update. Anyone find a workaround?

Hey @JonathanE , thanks for posting here in community! Apologies for the delay, but happy to help you out.

Can you walk me through how you’re currently doing this? When adding a sticky note, you should be able to select the sticky note or bank, and change the fill color using  the Fill color icon. See Add sticky notes in Lucidspark for more.

Other possibility is if you have collaborator colors on or off. When toggled on, the fill color of sticky notes dragged on to the canvas matches each user’s assigned collaborator color.

To Enable Collaborator Colors:

  • Click  collaboration-tools-icon.png the Collaboration Tools icon at the top-right of the document.
    • If you have active collaborators in the document, open this menu by clicking the arrow to the right of the collaborator icons in the top-right corner of the document.
  • Toggle on “Collaborator colors”.

To Set a Preferred Collaborator Color:

  • Open a Lucid document.
  • Click your Profile image or initials in the top-right corner.
  • Select My color.
  • Choose a color from the available options.

The color you select will be set as your preferred collaborator color. Anytime you join a new Lucid document, you will be assigned that collaborator color as long as it is available.

Note: A preferred collaborator color will not be applied if the color is already in use on a board. This functions on a first-come first-served basis. If your preferred collaborator color is already in use, you will be assigned another available collaborator color.

Let me know if this helps in regards to what you’re referring to!
