I cannot access any of my documents. All of them are greyed out and there is no notification or email. I have paid for this for a complete year only 10 days ago and now I cannot access.

Hi Troy thanks for posting in the Lucid Community and sorry for the trouble! Can you please try signing out of your account clearing the cache and cookies in your browser and signing back in? Please let me know if this persists after doing so.


Issue resolved. It was my browser. I have tried clearing cache and cookies with edge but it was same. So switched to firefox and all good now. But still I dont understand why it stopped working on edge.


Thanks for letting me know that it's working as expected in Firefox - I'm glad to hear that! Do you experience the same behavior in private mode when using Edge?
