If I had a user who uses Balsamiq Markups 3 can they import their projects and have them still be editable?

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately we don't support imports for Balsamiq Markups at this time. However I'd love your help in presenting this idea to our product team! Could you please fill out our feature request form with a description of this functionality?
Hi there I see the above comment is from 2018. We need to import existing wireframes and am hoping that the tool will be able to this. Thanks

At this time importing diagrams from Microsoft Visio Gliffy Draw.io and OmniGraffle is available in Lucidchart and importing boards from Miro and MURAL using a PDF is available in Lucidspark. I'd recommend reviewing the following two help articles if that's of any interest to you:
