Hi, I’m trying to bulk restore files from one Lucid account to another. I tried to do all the files in my team hub, which is around 6mb, and got an error after attempting to restore multiple times. I decided to restore one by one and it seems like one of the files is the culprit.
The 2mb file keeps giving me the “The process timed out. Press the Restore from backup button to try again. If the problem persists, please contact Lucid Support.” error.
I get the suggestion to download the file into multiple files, but that doesn’t really apply here since I’m trying to restore a single file.
